Terms and Conditions

Effective: October 2, 2026 · Last updated: October 2, 2026 · Apply to tutablero.com and its subdomains. This is a courtesy translation: if there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.

By using this site or asking us for an assessment you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the site. The processing of your personal data is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy.

1. Who we are

TuTablero is the brand under which [to be completed], with tax ID (NIT) [to be completed] and based in [to be completed], Colombia, offers interactive dashboards, tool integrations, custom development and data analysis. You can write to us at info@tutablero.com or on WhatsApp at +57 301 430 0580.

2. Use of the site

3. Demos, examples and sample data

The dashboards, maps, charts, figures, company names and cases you see on the site (Dashboards, Examples, Workflows and the Excel comparison sections) are illustrative examples with fictitious or sample data. They do not represent real customer results, are not a promise of results and must not be used as a source of information. The geographic and population data in the maps come from open public sources and are shown for demonstration purposes.

4. The services

Depending on what we agree in each project, we provide: assessment of your data sources, integration of tools through APIs, automation workflows, interactive dashboards and maps, custom development, data analysis and hosting of the dashboard on a tutablero.com subdomain.

The scope, deliverables, timelines, price and payment terms of each project are defined in writing in a proposal, quote or service order that you accept. If there is a difference between that proposal and these terms, the proposal prevails on anything specific to the project.

5. Assessment and proposal

6. What we expect from you

7. Dashboards hosted on tutablero.com

If we agree to host your dashboard on a subdomain (for example, company.tutablero.com), we do our best to keep it available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless the contract sets a service level. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, provider failures or changes in the third-party tools it is fed from. Access is per user and role. When the relationship ends, we will hand over or delete your data and dashboards as agreed, and deactivate the subdomain.

8. Confidentiality

Before seeing your data or your keys we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if you ask for it or if the project requires it. We will treat as confidential the non-public information you give us and use it only to provide the service. This obligation does not cover information that is already public, that we already knew, that we legitimately receive from a third party or that an authority orders us to hand over.

9. Intellectual property

10. Third-party tools and brands

Zoho, Freshdesk, Time Doctor, Microsoft 365, Power Automate and the other tools or brands we mention belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them only indicates that we can connect to them; it does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by those companies. To use them you need an account and must comply with their own terms, and their changes, limits or API costs are outside our control. Links to third-party sites (such as WhatsApp) are governed by the conditions of those sites.

11. Liability

We do our work with the professional diligence that can be expected, but the site and general information are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows:

Nothing above limits the rights that Colombian law grants you as a consumer or as a data subject.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it in good faith and directly. If that is not possible, the ordinary Colombian courts seated in [to be completed] will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce where applicable.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the new version at this address with its date. If you already have a project in progress, changes do not modify what was agreed in your proposal or contract. For questions or requests write to info@tutablero.com.
